AmeriCom represents a group of independent telecommunications consultants who are dedicated to providing its clients with an exceptional value added service. AmeriCom specializes in providing high quality international long distance at competitive rates, through exceptional support and state of the art technology and automation.

By exploiting the benefits offered through the Internet, AmeriCom provides fully automated sign-up procedures, document delivery, order entry, sub-agent recruiting and sign-up, commission reporting, e-mail support and an on-going development of additional electronic support systems.

AmeriCom is a closely held private corporation, whose founder has over 25 years of continuous business experience in the founding and management of technology, software development, network, and telecommunications companies.

AmeriCom offers services which would be of interest to domestic agents. Although we do not prohibit non-U.S. residents from selling U.S. Domestic services, most U.S. customers prefer dealing with U.S. agents. U.S. residents may prefer to focus on Simplicity.


Domestic Service - Simplicity 3.9¢


Domestic services are those which can originate only from a U.S. telephone.

Simplicity - Now as low as 3.5¢ per minute!

Dial 1 (or 1+) refers to long distance service which can be accessed by dialing "1" plus the area code and number. It requires the customer to "switch" their long-distance provider through their local telephone company. AmeriCom offers residential customers a flat 3.9¢ per minute rate, with no minimum usage requirements, and no monthly fee.

Business customers can call for as low as 3.5¢ per minute, with a $100 minimum.

AmeriCom's automated direct customer sign-up procedure allows customers to sign up online with no paperwork required. For your non-connected customers, automated agent sign-up systems are available.

Toll-free, (or 800) service, which now also includes 888 and 877 codes, allows residential or business customers to pay the costs of their incoming calls. Residential users may prefer this to calling cards for family members away from home (like students), and business customers increase customer calls by making them free to their prospects. Rates and terms are the same as dial 1 service.

Because there are no "gotchas," Simplicity is an easy service to sell. Customers find there are no unfavorable terms, no tricks, and no promotional rules or restrictions

Become an AmeriCom Agent


AmeriCom is currently looking for Agents worldwide. This includes:

  • Domestic agents who wish to focus on U.S. customers.

    AmeriCom offers the highest commissions and the lowest rates on domestic calling. Commissions recur on a monthly basis on all calls made by your customers and your sub-agents' customers, as long as they continue to use the service(s).

    Agents sell domestic calling services directly to customers in the U.S. who call other countries, and through a free Internet web site, or banner click-through ads, which you may place on your existing web site.

    In addition, Master Agents recruit Agents who may or may not have Internet connectivity, but who have strong contacts and marketing skills. Master Agents receive a commission override on all agents they sign up and supervise. This override is deducted from their overall commission being earned, based on volume. Volume includes direct sales as well as sub-agent sales.

    In general, the qualifications and resources needed to become an effective Agent or Master Agent are as follows:

    1. Have the time and means to implement and operate an on-going marketing program.
    2. Currently have or obtain Internet connectivity. An e-mail account and web access are required.
    3. Speak, read and write in reasonably fluent English.
    4. Be motivated and willing to work.

    Prior to being accepted as an agent, you must also sign up for the service yourself with AmeriCom. That is, you are not allowed to sign yourself up as a customer. There are no fees to sign up as a customer, other than for the calls you make.

    Commissions are adjusted according to your current volume at the time of payment. Any increases will be applied to all new customers as well as to existing customers.

    Complete details for all services are available in the AmeriCom Agent Packet found online. To obtain an agent packet, you are first required to sign up online as an agent.

    There are presently no fees or obligations to become an AmeriCom agent, so if you desire more detail, you are encouraged to sign up. Once approved, you will be provided with access to our agent packet and other free services.
